Originating from Veneto, Bigoli is very similar to Spaghetti with its long shape, however, it is thicker and is extruded differently with 3 grooves through each strand. The grooves and rough texture of this shape makes it perfect for catching the sauce! Traditionally it is ideal with rich ragu sauces or an anchovy salsa. Usage Instructions

Add pasta and 1 Tbsp. of salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 12 minutes or to taste.
